talking bout business,
i had a lot a lot a lot a lot of ideas.
cause i had so much time to think bout it after being single and mingle around.

first, my business concept is on karaoke in malaysia.
we had redbox, which is mainly monopoly the market for so long,
till neway came into the frame.
all i ask is, redbox is for chinese people,

how bout malays and indian?
that's a niche market.
you can argue that, malays have the pondok to sing ma.

redbox position themselves as canto and chinese entertainment outlets.
which neglected the malays.
and i felt if we make those pondok into 'redbox',
maybe it works.

i dun feel 8 bucks is a huge ammount for malays.
tony fernandez get air asia and target a niche market where everyone can fly.
how bout everyone can sing?

i felt it works.
that's truly a niche market .

secondly, clubs.
we can see many people get bounce out of the club cause it's too packed on saturday and sunday.
they had been in the waiting pendning list for the whole night and it just spoiled their lvoely night.
that is a niche market.
we came out with a club that target specially on those get bounce.
but i this dont work,
cause i there are competitors.

but seriosuy, i think the redbox stuff works.
we destroy those pondok by coming out with a karaoke targeted to malays and indians.
that sounds, big.
